THE HEARTH
Sometimes we get really good at getting through things.
We keep moving. We show up. We take care of everybody else.
And somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with ourselves.

Therapy is a place to slow that down.

We can talk about what hurts, what keeps repeating, what you're trying to understand, and what you want to be different. You don't have to have it all figured out before you get here.
We start where you are.

WHO I WORK WITH
Professionals & Entrepreneurs
Creatives &
Artists
Individuals
Navigating
Couples &
Relationships
People of Faith
Navigating pressure, purpose, identity. relationships, and the weight of being the
person everyone
counts on.
Navigating questions of belief, identity. desire, and what it means to live honestly and authentically.
Working through communication, conflict, trust. intimacy, and the patterns that keep showing up.
Anxiety, shame, identity. life transitions, trauma, spiritual tension, and the desire for greater clarity and wholeness.
Making sense of identity, expression, purpose, and the
complicated relationship between creativity and emotional wellness.
FAITH, SEXUALITY & IDENTITY
You don't have to come to therapy with all of this figured out.

I work with Christians and other faith-oriented people who are navigating questions around sexuality, same-sex attraction, gender, identity, relationships, and faith.

Some identify as queer. Some don't. Some are still figuring out what language fits. Some know exactly what they believe but are struggling with how to live it out.
Wherever you are, we can start there.
My role isn't to make you more queer
or less queer, It's not to push you toward or away from a particular identity, relationship, or conclusion.
My role is to help you slow down, understand yourself, explore what's underneath the struggle, and make room for honest reflection and meaningful choices.

MY APPROACH
I don't believe there's one way to be a person, so I don't believe there's one way to do therapy.

My work is relational and integrative, drawing from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CT), and Solution Focused Therapy.

We'll pay attention to what's happening now, but we may also look at the experiences, relationships, beliefs. and patterns that helped shape how you got here. When it fits the work, there's room for creativity. spirituality, story, and imagination too.

So...What Is It Like to Actually Work With Me?
I'm a therapist, but I'm also a person.
I can be clinical when the moment calls for it. I can sit with you in the hard stuff.
I can ask the question you really don't want me to ask, And sometimes we might laugh because, weli...life is life.
You don't have to perform here.
You don't have to make your story easier to understand before you bring it into the room.
Come as you are. We'll start there.
